PageMan currently offers three different types of packages (or licences). These packages are flexible and can be moulded to your needs and objectives. PageMan does not enforce complicated contracts or long term commitments. You can pay upfront for a year (and receive a once-off discount) or pay month-to-month for your Digital Signage Software Solution. You can also increase or decrease the amount of your screens (and ultimately licences) depending on your needs.
Tagging lets you change Playlists easily depending on what temporary content you would like to show, making it easier than ever to change content at any time. Tags allow you to quickly and easily change Playlists if needed and this can be actioned by using a web service on the device to trigger the Playlist to play. You can also include multiple Tags in one Schedule so that you can swap between Tags depending on the Playlist you want to display. Tags can also trigger specific devices if need be, making the loading of Playlists even more instant. All of these actions can be done remotely.
A Widget is a stand-alone application that can be embedded into another form of media, like a webpage, blog or even a Schedule on PageMan. Our various flexible PageMan packages allow you to add your very own custom created Widgets in order to enrich media delivery at certain times and locations. This feature can help emphasise multiple messages and add further variety to your media running on your screens. Easily add your own custom created widgets remotely to play live immediately.
Layered Playlists help you plan and manage media centrally across regions and sub-regions. Simply set different permissions for local admins while central managers retain control. Media Schedules may contain regular Playlists as well as Global Playlists. These can be layered across the organisation (i.e. your company/business). For example, if you loaded a National Playlist and a Regional Playlist, these can be added to the State or Local Playlist with various levels of control over that Playlist’s content.
